As a passionate and experienced leader in Early Learning and Development, particularly in the ages of children 2 – 6 years, I have many ideas and concepts to share with early years educators, leaders working in Early Childhood and parents of young children. 
 

I work using a relationship-focused approach and know from my many years of experience that when children, parents and educators feel seen, heard and understood, the ordinary, tricky moments that present themselves are far less stressful and can be reframed to become learning and developmental opportunities for all.
